Vanja Tešin is a builder looking for ways to help his team and others spend more time on what they enjoy the most – creating value for their customers by building great software. Worked both in outsourcing and product-based companies, observed how different software businesses approach building the same end product – great software – and tried to distill what he believes should bring the best out of teams, the company they work for, and the customers they serve.
